Lighting Etc., Inc (LEI) values safety and quality above all, and as of June 30^th, 2022 we are ecstatic to celebrate 1000 days of NO accidents in our shop!  Yes, you read that right 1000 days, 24,000 hours, 1,440,000 minutes, nearly 2.75 years without an incident or injury while manufacturing top of the line lighting fixtures!

LEI accredits this accomplishment to each member of our team that goes above and beyond to pay close attention to surroundings and makes safety a top priority.  While every business has a goal of no incidents the nature of manufacturing is that sometimes something happens, which is why we are extremely proud of this 1000-day milestone!

OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) gives guidelines and training to support our ability to maintain a safe workplace, but also reports nearly 500,000 non-fatal injuries in manufacturing yearly.  LEI works hard to remove impediments that could cause a safety concern per the given guidelines, but in the end credits the amazing team we have in place for achieving this 1000-day honor.
